About the Role

This strategic leadership role is dedicated to driving full-funnel growth for our e-commerce clients, with a strong focus on the wellness and beauty space, by combining paid media, influencer marketing, creative performance, and CRM to unlock scalable acquisition and retention.

You will work directly with the CEO to define and lead growth strategies, oversee execution through departmental leads, and ensure performance meets both client and company objectives. You lead with strategic vision and cross-functional coordination, ensuring flawless execution through your teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Growth Ownership

Drive client performance across marketing channels to maximise business outcomes.

  • Define full-funnel marketing strategies per client, aligned with business goals.
  • Own quarterly and annual performance roadmaps, ensuring predictability and results.
  • Monitor and analyse performance KPIS and implement corrective actions when needed.
  • Identify quick wins and longer-term growth levers across paid, influence, CRM, and creative.

2. Cross-Team Alignment & Leadership

Enable strong collaboration across departments to ensure strategic consistency and flawless execution.

  • Cascade high-level strategy to department heads (Performance Managers, Head of Influence, Creative Leads, CRM Manager).
  • Lead weekly cross-functional growth syncs to align campaigns and troubleshoot blockers.
  • Create unified frameworks to ensure message, targeting, and execution are consistent across all touchpoints.
  • Ensure each department operates with clear KPIs, timelines, and accountability metrics.

3. Client Strategy Leadership

Deliver clear, confident strategic guidance to clients, reinforcing trust and positioning the agency as a performance partner.

  • Own top-tier client relationships from a strategic standpoint.
  • Lead strategic calls, quarterly business reviews, and performance presentations.
  • Recommend optimization plans and creative or media strategies to unlock additional scale.
  • Serve as the escalation point for clients where growth performance is at risk.

4. Innovation & Market Intelligence

Keep the agency ahead of market shifts and unlock future growth opportunities through strategic foresight.

  • Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarks across the wellness and beauty e-commerce space.
  • Track emerging trends across the US, French, and other key global markets, and translate them into actionable growth strategies for our clients.
  • Build partnerships with high-growth DTC founders and brands to inform and validate marketing innovation.
  • Define repeatable best practices that can be systemised across clients.

5. Growth Forecasting & Profitability Management

Ensure marketing decisions are financially sound and scalable across client accounts.

  • Monitor profitability and CAC targets in line with client P&LS.
  • Improve the accuracy of growth forecasting, ensuring less than 10% variance in projected vs. actual spend.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on financial planning and budget allocation.
  • Evaluate the business impact of all marketing strategies and optimise spend accordingly.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience working with e-commerce and/or DTC brands, particularly in the beauty and wellness sectors, with a deep understanding of their growth dynamics and performance challenges.
  • 6+ years in digital growth roles, with a strong track record in performance marketing and orchestrating effective multi-channel strategies.
  • Deep expertise across paid media, influencer performance models, creative optimisation, and CRM-driven retention.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating complex performance data into clear, actionable growth strategies.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional environments and confident collaboration with C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, prioritisation, and decision-making skills, with a strong bias for performance and results.
