The Influencer Coordinator is at the heart of EMF Media’s Influence team, executing the outreach, sourcing, and relationship management processes that power high-performance influencer campaigns.
You will be responsible for identifying top-fit creators, managing negotiations and contracts, and ensuring timely and accurate campaign execution across multiple clients and platforms. This role requires a detail-oriented operator with excellent communication skills, strong follow-through, and a results-driven mindset.
Drive high-volume, high-precision outreach to secure influencer partnerships.
Identify and nurture top creators for campaign success and long-term value.
Secure the best partnerships while moving fast and staying on budget.
Be the engine behind timely campaign delivery and operational smoothness.
Ensure all influencer data is complete, clean, and actionable.
Operate as a strong communicator and reliable team partner across functions.
