About the Role

As an Influencer Coordinator (Alternance / Stage), you will join EMF Media’s Influence team and gain hands-on experience in executing and optimising influencer campaigns for some of the most exciting DTC brands.

Working alongside Influence Managers, you’ll contribute to sourcing, outreach, negotiation, and campaign follow-up with a strong focus on performance, creativity, and operational excellence. This is a learning-by-doing opportunity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Learn & Do

1. Influencer Outreach & Campaign Execution

  • Support large-scale outreach campaigns across paid channels.
  • Learn how to write compelling messages that convert creators into collaborators.
  • Assist in managing follow-ups, tracking negotiations, and logging details in our CRM.
  • Gain exposure to how real-world influencer campaigns are planned and executed.

2. Influencer Sourcing & Vetting

  • Identify rising creators using our tools and benchmarks.
  • Help qualify influencers based on brand fit, engagement, and past performance.
  • Work with the team to maintain and enrich our influencer database.
  • Understand how performance criteria inform creative partnerships.

3. Campaign Coordination & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate on campaign timelines, checklists, and execution workflows.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for influencer selection and content direction.
  • Help monitor campaign progress and ensure deliverables stay on track.
  • Contribute to improving team processes and documentation.

4. Negotiation & Contract Support

  • Assist in preparing contract templates and organising terms with creators.
  • Learn how negotiations are structured for fairness and speed.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on approvals and follow-up.
  • Ensure everything is properly documented and archived.

5. Reporting & Data Accuracy

  • Help track campaign KPIs: response rates, sign rates, deliverables, and content quality.
  • Learn how to read performance reports and draw actionable conclusions.
  • Support weekly campaign reporting and data entry.
  • Understand the role of data in measuring and scaling influencer efforts.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Current student in Marketing, Communication, Digital, or a related field.
  • Curious, rigorous, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong written communication and organisational skills
  • Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and brand partnerships.
  • Comfortable using Google Sheets / Excel; bonus if you’ve used Airtable, Notion, or a CRM.
  • Passion for beauty, wellness, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus.
